Project: Wind Drift Beach Resort Tri-fold Presentation Folder (outside cover)

Goal: To create a high-quality information packet for promotion of Wind Drift Beach Resort

Results: Teel Designs selected a tri-fold presentation folder to allow Wind Drift the ability to highlight static information on the folder while using changeable inserts for varying information on the inside. The colors were selected from colors of the water. Stock photos were used for punches of color. Teel Designs created the close-up view of the map. The layout, design, slogans, and wording were created entirely by Teel Designs.

Results: Teel Designs selected a tri-fold presentation folder to allow Wind Drift the ability to highlight static information on the folder while using changeable inserts for varying information on the inside. The inside pocket is rounded and has slits for a business card. The colors were selected from colors of the water. Stock photos were used for punches of color. One challenge for this project was the mandatory inclusion of a disclaimer required by the State of Florida. The disclaimer was required to be as large as the largest font on the page, to be on the inside left-cover and to be boxed out. We used the same font as the rest of the folder and placed it on the bottom of the page. The layout, design, slogans, and wording (except for the disclaimer) were created entirely by Teel Designs.

Project: Wind Drift Beach Resort 1/2 Page Color Ad

Goal: To advertise Wind Drift Beach Resort during the 4th of July

Results: Teel Designs combined the cover from the presentation folder with pictures of the outside of the condo to allow potential customers to get a feel for the property. All of the pertinent information including the website address was included. This particular ad was placed in the Destin Log.

Project: Wind Drift Beach Resort 1/4 Page B&W Ad

Goal: To advertise Wind Drift Beach Resort

Results: Teel Designs used architectural renderings of the condo ontop of a picture of the gulf. All of the pertinent information was included.

Project: Women's Journal Full Page Color Ad

Goal: To announce the new addition of the Women's Journal website

Results: Teel Designs used a screen capture of the actual website and tied it together by highlighting text and a border using the website's colors.

Project: Coach Thomas Basketball Flyer

Goal: To advertise Coach Thomas' Basketball Instruction

Results: Teel Designs created a powerful header graphic using Photoshop and then carried the theme out with circles. Bold colors were selected to give the flyer a strong appeal.
